Cards - Birthday Wishes Tassels

Handmade Birthday card with lots of color.  Tassels are popped up so the stand out along with the birthday wishes sentiment.  Each card is hand made here in the Ozarks.  Each card comes with an envelope and is placed inside a plastic sleeve.
